We accept returns on full priced items within 7 days of receipt of delivery.
If items are received after this period, the return may be rejected and returned back to the customer. Items must be unworn, undamaged and be in the exact condition they were received in. We reserve the right to reject a return should we deem the garment to breach these conditions. We do not accept returns on sale items, swimwear or bodysuits, as it is against hygiene regulations.
Please ensure you have booked in your return with our customer service team via email email@example.com and completed our returns form prior to returning any item.

If you have received a faulty item, contact us right away and detail the fault to our customer service team, we will provide you with a full refund or replacement depending on the circumstances.
BSSA does not provide return shipping labels. Return shipping remains at the customer’s expense. International orders are advised to provide return tracking information in order to have their return booking approved.
BSSA will not be held liable if the return parcel is not received. Any return customs charges will remain at the customer’s expense. If customs fees are left unpaid your return parcel will sent back to you.
Cancellation of pre-order items that have already gone into production will be credited with a credit note.
All returns will be processed within 14 days of receipt back of the goods.
All refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit, store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and cannot be used in conjunction with another offer.
