INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, images and products are under the sole ownership of BSSA and are subject to copyright law. We reserve the right to have this content removed should we see it used inappropriately or illegally by another person/business/association.

 

ORDERS

By placing an order for any product on www.bssastore.com the customer is offering to purchase the goods and is subject to these terms. Each order the customer places will be a separate and binding agreement between the customer and BSSA with respect to the supply of the goods in accordance with these terms. All orders are subject to availability of the goods and confirmation of the order price.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs charges upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient to pay.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to Australia and are intended as an estimate only and are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which BSSA will not be responsible.

Having a preorder item amongst other items in your order will hold back your delivery time. Pre-order dates are estimates only and may take between 1-5 weeks to be delivered, please contact us for accurate times.

Any cancellation of a preorder item, will be refunded in the form of store credit. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the issue date & cannot be used in conjunction with another offer.

The customer acknowledges that all orders through the website are with respect to goods intended for personal and domestic use only.

In order to contract with BSSA the customer must be over 16 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to BSSA.

BSSA reserves the right to accept or reject an order for any reason at any time.

When placing an order the customer undertakes that all details that are provided to BSSA are true and accurate, that the customer is an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place the order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. 

Goods will be delivered to the provided address, so it is the customer’s duty to ensure that this information is accurate as BSSA will hold no liability for the incorrect supply of order details.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable for any reason.
If we cancel an order, a notification email will be sent out and a return of any payment will be processed.

PRICE

Price is non-inclusive of delivery fee unless otherwise stated.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted are in AUD and where applicable are exclusive of goods and services tax (‘GST’). Any fees and charges (E.G. Delivery fees) imposed by these terms also exclude GST where applicable.

BSSA reserves the right to change or alter the prices of goods on the website without notice to the customer, unless the customer has submitted an order at a stipulated price, in which case there will be no change or alteration in pricing.

In paying or attempting to pay for the goods, the customer agrees that the customer has not engaged in any fraudulent conduct or contravened any law.

BSSA will issue the customer with a tax invoice once payment in respect of the order has been processed.

 

FAULTY GOODS

Should you discover your have received a faulty product you must act on this within 7 days, by either notifying us by email at hello@bssastore.com

Upon the receipt of the goods we will either replace the item (if available), provide a refund, exchange or credit note, or repair the goods.

 

RETURNS

We accept returns on full priced items within 7 days receipt of the delivery, this excludes sale items, bodysuits, swimwear and jewellery.

Swimwear/bodysuits/jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance due to hygiene regulations.

Goods must be returned via post at the customer’s expense.

The customer will not be refunded for the original postage cost unless the garment was deemed faulty.

Returns will be processed within 14 days receipt of the goods.

Refunds will be made in the form of store credit. Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue & cannot be used in conjunction with another offer.

Items must be unworn, undamaged and be in the exact condition they were received in, with tags still attached. We reserve the right to reject a refund should we deem the garment to breach these conditions.

These terms contained herein shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and the customer submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria to hear disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts.
